Tom and I tell everyone about our great experience with your team. You go so far beyond what most sellers expect. Your marketing plan, and staging plan, and attention to detail were the best. Your hours of pre-listing work made a huge difference. You gave great advice on what to do to get the house ready, and remained open to our ideas too. We did a lot of touching up, clearing out, and a few maintenance projects. Then we stood back and let you "stage" the house for us. Anyone who thinks that does not make a house sell faster and for more money has never seen your work. You sold our house in a week and for a great price in a tough market. WOW! You’re good!

We would like to express our satisfaction with the fantastic job that Kim Kaufhold did in listing, staging and selling our home.  From day one Kim demonstrated her ability to ensure that every aspect of our listing and sale were covered.  She used her design background to do a beautiful job staging our house.  We received numerous comments from friends and relatives saying our house looked like a model home.  No matter what obstacle presented itself Kim had a solution. Our first showing was immediately following an 18 inch snow storm.  My husband was out of town on a business trip and I was in a panic.  Kim said “not to worry”, and before I knew it she and her children were at my house shoveling the snow and straightening everything inside the house.  Over the course of our listing Kim had to deal with several challenging situations, but she always maintained a diplomatic professional attitude. Her resourceful and creative solutions convinced us that we had selected the right realtor to sell our home. With her daily attention to detail she made us feel as though we were her only client, when in fact she had several listings.  To ensure our house was priced to sell Kim provided us with regular market analysis and price comparisons.  She advised us when asked, but never pushed us to a decision we did not want.  Despite a difficult sales market Kim was able to present us with several offers. She worked hard to negotiate the best contract to meet our needs. Once the sale was final we experienced “Kim Withdrawal”.  She had become such a valuable resource and so much a part of our daily life that we felt a void once her job was complete.  Over the past 37 years we have bought and sold numerous homes, but we felt as though Kim was head and shoulders above all of the other realtors we have dealt with.
